Service Description

Every story has power—but knowing how to shape it, share it, and stand strong in it is a skill. This workshop supports students to take their ideas and turn them into content with meaning, message, and impact. Through hands-on, culturally safe sessions, students will learn how to: Pitch their story ideas with confidence and clarity Plan and structure content for digital storytelling platforms Understand audience and purpose, while staying true to self and culture We walk alongside students as they learn to navigate the creative process—from the spark of an idea to a finished piece ready to be shared. It's about more than just writing; it's about building voice, ownership, and pride in their work. This is where storytelling meets purpose—where young people learn not just to speak, but to be heard.

We pay our deepest respects to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ancestors of this land, their enduring spirits, and their profound legacy. The foundations laid by these ancestors—our First Nations peoples—give strength, inspiration, and courage to current and future generations towards creating a brighter future for all.

At InDIG-Stories, we honour the rich cultural heritage and deep wisdom of the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we work and live. We acknowledge their continued connection to the land, waters, and community. We commit ourselves to a path of reconciliation, respect, and partnership with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
